Hi, I’m Kris. My journey into the world of business brokerage began in 2015 when I successfully sold my own business. Selling that business allowed me to make so many changes in my life including moving to the Great Pacific Northwest. This transformative experience taught me that what we do is more than just facilitating deals – it changes lives. I am married with two beautiful children, and when I’m not working, I am usually trying to take them on some kind of an adventure. They are small enough to still think I am pretty cool! When it comes to working with me, I am always on (even if it drives my wife nuts) and ready for the challenge. I understand that whether you are buying or selling a business that it is a monumental transaction in your life, and I enjoy being someone you can trust to navigate through it all.

I’m Oliver. I’m competitive, relentless, and probably more patient than most. I dont get rattled under pressure, and if you tell me it can’t be done, I’ll tell you we haven’t been creative enough yet.
No two deals are alike, personalities matter, and there’s rarely a straight path through a transaction. I enjoy navigating the moving pieces, solving problems, and keeping a deal moving when others might be ready to throw in the towel. To me, understanding the people across the table is just as important as understanding the numbers on it. That’s what keeps me interested.
Outside of work, I’m a new dad and enjoy spending time with my family, playing sports and getting together with friends. I’m naturally outgoing, rarely too serious, and always up for some competition.

I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Recreation Management and Leadership at Western Washington University while gaining hands-on experience in commercial real estate with The Wynn Group. I’m excited to bring my energy, work ethic, and adventurous spirit to the team while helping clients turn their goals into reality!

I run on data and discipline — a nerd for the numbers, forged by a military background that taught me precision isn't optional, it's the standard. I don't guess; I measure, then I execute. I am methodical, but never slow — I move with purpose because chaos is not a strategy. The truth is, systems don't fail on my watch. Off the clock, I answer to two higher-ups: Oliver and Luna, my dogs, who run their own tight operation and remind me daily that the best plans still leave room for chasing something fun.
